Here’s the tool that re-builds entire UniformParameter.bin file UniformParameter.bin seems to be the new go-to file for each and every .bin kit config file. By the looks of it, Konami is en-route of abandoning individual .bin config files laid out throughout the directory tree and using one centralized file containing all those individual .bins
