Here it is PES 2009 Japanese Commentary Jon Kabira, it’s a bit rare & hard to find. I think this one is converted by ytjsky years ago. I guess i’m a bit lucky to share it with you.

Ps : If you have PES 2010 Japanese Commentary, please share it aswell to community 😉
1. Extract
2. “rs0e_j.img” file copy to “img” folder
3. Delete/backup other commentary files or Change the files name
