New Patch for PES 2021 which include 3 division of French League.
The patch includes :

Installation
To avoid any conflict, I strongly recommend starting with a clean installation of the game. Once the SoFrench Patch is installed, reestablish your mods one by one and check their compatibility !
1. Place the “Sofrench Patch” folder in your Livecpk
2. Write this lines in your "sider.ini"

3. Replace your EDIT000000 with the one provided
It is imperative that you adjust the starting year to 2023 before starting an ML
Promotion & Relegation :
Use Promotion-Relegation Tool by SMcCutcheon, Very easy to use, it will allow you to carry out promotion-relegation between the 2nd and 3rd French division in the Masters League.
