Added new manager mod for Master League in eFootball PES 2020 PC. This mod only works with eFootball PES 2020 PC Version. Credit and Thanks to Volun.
Note :
This mod doesn't replace one of the existing managers, it adds an additional one. David Wagner replaces Bharshapur player W. Koning from PAS League
