PES 2019 Unofficial Konami Bug Fix by Josh
Fixes bugs and error which Konami ignores.V2
- Compatible with DP4
- Fixed bug where there's no goal cheer at times. (By using PES 2017 goal cheer)

- Arsenal's Competition badge position fixed. Lowered down, and does not cover Puma Logo anymore.
- Missing National Flags added back - Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Guam
- Fixed text mistake in ML news whereby when you make a comeback and win, players will say they are disappointed to not get a result. It's been adjusted and instead, players will now comment that they didn't give up, and was glad to fight back and win the match.
- Fixed capitalization on the letter "G" OST track "How Did We get Here".
Installation :
1. Extract the file with WinRAR,
2. Copy .CPK file to your PES 2019 download folder
C:\Program Files(x86)\steam\steamapps\Common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2019\download\
3. Open PES 2019 DpFileList Generator as admin
4. Click Generate and Done !
