Export .ted file from game
Decrypt using Panos' tool HERE
Open Converter in Excel, Enable Macros
Click "IMPORT PS4 OR PC .ted FILE" and load your chosen decrypted .ted
Click "Copy to HxD" on the chosen type of file you want to convert to.
Paste to a New HxD file and Save with the '.ted' extension
Encrypt with Panos's tool
Load back into game
